As many of you know Mat had been training to Compete in the Spudman Triathlon. After a emotional completion he said "I never want to do that again." That statement only lasted a few minutes though and he is already trying to plan the for the next one and I fear the next and the next. Brock had a good time cheering for Mat and even made this cute sign to hold up for Mat when he went by.
We are so super proud of Mat for setting a goal and reaching it!! He wanted to meet a time of 2 hours and 30 min and his time was 2:30:33! He made it!!
We all had a great time in the Twin Falls/Burley area. We stayed at the Anderson Rv Park and they had a swimming pool and a very beat up mini golf course (but Brock did not mind one bit he loved every minute of it). Here are a few pics of the boys from the weekend. As you will notice the weekend did not come without it's events from Big D. (notice the head/nose)

I don't think I'd recognize D w/o some kind of scratch or scrape on his head! Poor little boy!! I love the pic of the 3 of them at the end! And Brock's sign is GREAT! He's getting so big! It's awesome that Mat got this done! Such an inspiration!!
